This painting is from a visit to a little town called Clonakilty in West cork, Ireland. While there, I visited a very long beach called the Long Strand on the Wild Atlantic Way. The sea was raging the day we visited, and the weather was overcast with rain and wind. It was a wonderful place and I could have spent the entire day there!
